We’re hiring a Backend Engineer with a strong backend foundation to join a highly technical, fast‑moving team. The company is building complex systems that interact with new and novel technologies—this isn’t your typical product work.
You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, high‑performance user‑facing platforms and building infrastructure that enables rapid iteration and deployment. The team is obsessed with quality, speed, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
Your Background
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Strong expertise in Python and SQL (core stack)
Experience shipping complex products or systems
Passion for learning and solving hard problems
Bonus: Exposure to Rust, C, or TypeScript
What You’ll Do
Own and build critical components of a fast, user‑facing platform
Work closely with a London‑based team on infrastructure and feature development
Iterate constantly on a product that adapts to cutting‑edge AI capabilities
Location: Central London (5 days a week onsite)
Work type: Full‑time, permanent
Salary: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 (USD)
