We are recruiting an experienced Technical Applications Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications function for a large, complex organisation. This role will oversee day-to-day application operations, system enhancements, technical upgrades and major incident management, while supporting the integration of a broad applications estate into a wider group environment. Responsibilities include : Leading the delivery of enterprise application services to support business strategy Managing internal teams and external partners across development, implementation and support Supporting solution architects, product owners, engineers and business analysts, and driving a culture of high performance Overseeing daily operations of core enterprise applications Managing and maintaining key systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, document management and other critical business applications Developing technical roadmaps, planning upgrades and ensuring applications remain secure and up to date Leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activity Managing supplier relationships, contracts and quarterly reviews with third-party partners Working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to ensure applications enhance operational efficiency Ensuring compliance with ITGC, internal policies, data protection and industry standards Implementing application security measures and contr...
