Role Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales in line with the UK business plan, supported by internal teams.
Generate new business while maintaining existing accounts.
Create structured visit plans using CRM and sales data, focusing on priority customers.
Identify opportunities, solve customer application problems, and provide technical advice.
Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring effective and profitable customer relationships.
Report market intelligence and complete accurate CRM‑based sales reports.
Manage territory efficiently with strong time and travel planning.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service and on‑time delivery.
Attend sales meetings, quarterly reviews, and complete required training (internal/external, face‑to‑face or online).
Specification
Experience in technical sales, field engineering, or industrial account management.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, belting or automation is beneficial.
Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to work independently across a large geographic area.
Full UK driving licence.
