The Role
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving regional success through strong customer partnerships, strategic territory planning, and consultative selling. Representing a full portfolio of premium dental products and digital solutions, you’ll help practices grow by delivering value beyond the product. You will report to a highly respected Regional Sales Manager and be fully field-based within your assigned territory. What You’ll Be Doing
Building and executing strategic territory plans aligned with commercial objectives Developing and retaining key accounts through insightful, data-led approaches Delivering compelling product education and business development support Driving portfolio growth, including digital workflows and SaaS offerings Staying ahead of market trends and translating insights into commercial opportunities Leveraging CRM tools and analytics to manage pipeline and performance What We’re Looking For
A consultative, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for customer success Proven sales, customer development, or consulting experience (healthcare, dental, or medtech background) Strong presentation and communication skills – in person and digitally Confidence with data, CRM platforms, and modern tech tools Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to team success A degree is preferred but not essential – your attitude, adaptability, and drive matter most.
