Overview
Automat-it is a AWS Premier Partner and Strategic Partner delivering hands-on DevOps, FinOps, and GenAI support. We work across EMEA and the US to move faster, scale smarter, and solve complex challenges daily. In this position, you will be a key member of the pre-sales process, working with global startup customers and collaborating with account executives to develop AWS solutions tailored to their needs. Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet business requirements and create cost-efficient, highly available, and scalable solutions for customers, including Well-Architected reviews and Statements of Work (SoW). Research and analyze current solutions and initiate improvement plans. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed and developed according to best practices. Share knowledge with customers and the cloud community by participating in public speaking engagements such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and more. Frequent travels locally (on-demand to meet customers/partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter). Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in an AWS environment, including implementation, migration, and maintenance, designing solutions end-to-end 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Engineering, SRE, Cloud Architect, or equivalent) 2+ years of experience in an IT environment with hands-on Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (advantage) Proven production environment experience In-depth knowledge of AWS core services, with emphasis on Kubernetes, databases, and data services In-depth knowledge of SaaS and multi-tenancy implementation (advantage) Successfully designed DevOps and infrastructure for high-scale production environments in AWS Understanding of information security best practices Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate; additional AWS certifications (e.g., Professional or specialty) are an advantage Ability to communicate technical design effectively in verbal and written formats (SOW, LOE, HLD) Ability to lead end-to-end engagements with the account management team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with C-level executives and understand complex business challenges involving large architectures with regulatory compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language Experience in FinTech, healthcare/life sciences, or cybersecurity domains (advantage) Benefits
