Role Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to support our Procurement Transformation programme. The Business Analyst is accountable for surfacing, understanding and documenting business processes & requirements, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that business and programme needs are met through process improvements, or strategic changes. This role strategically bridges between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project work.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Provide support as a part of the programme team and collaborate with business units to surface, analyse and document requirements and processes in line with strategic objectives
Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation with the business, ensuring transparency and alignment to the business's expectations
Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting
Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision‑making, including reporting through with clear outcomes and metrics
Collaborate across business units and delivery teams to optimally align planning with outcomes, driving incremental business value realisation
Drive continuous improvement by recommending incremental improvements to the Programme and project work, including gap analysis and process improvement opportunities
Skills & Capabilities
Strong experience in a business analyst role, preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming or eCommerce industries
Experience gathering requirements and defining scope for operating model transformations, large‑scale process improvements, or organisational change initiatives
Superb communication and teaming skills
High quality attention to detail
Ability to elevate data analysis and reporting through visualisation, insight and storytelling
Experience in project management methodologies
Comfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with multi‑functional teams
Ability to coordinate and work in a fast‑paced environment
Problem‑solving, and analytical skills
A track record of successful delivery within a team
Qualifications & Experience
Experience with process & document management tools, such as PowerBi, Jira and Excel
Strong / proven abilities in project reporting and analytics
CBAP, CCBA, CSM, MSP, or equivalent certification is a plus
Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Familiarity with digital / technology transformation
