About
They’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of how software is built, deployed, and operated — working directly with the CTO and engineering leadership.
This is a true hands-on leadership role : not managing tickets, but designing the platform, setting standards, and removing friction so engineers can move fast without breaking things.
What you’ll be doing
Owning cloud infrastructure and deployment strategy end-to-end
Building modern Infrastructure as Code and moving toward fully automated environments
Designing containerised deployments and scalable release workflows
Creating fast, reliable CI / CD pipelines with proper testing and rollback
Solving real-world problems around large datasets, migrations, and environment parity
Making local development and onboarding genuinely easy for engineers
What they’re looking for
Strong DevOps / platform engineering background (AWS-heavy)
Someone who enjoys designing systems , not just maintaining them
Experience improving reliability, automation, and developer productivity
Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
Able to balance pragmatism with long-term technical quality
