Summary of the opportunity We are looking for someone to join our mission-driven organization to help us scale our impact by increasing the number of our higher education institution partners (our customers). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the process for finding new leads (using LinkedIn and other tools) and driving our higher ed sales and renewals process, working closely with our founders. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new AI tools and workflow automations, gaining cutting-edge skills in digital transformation while ensuring each potential customer has an exceptional experience during the sales process. As the digital transformation progresses and time is freed up, you will integrate customer success processes and ensure that all higher ed institutions – from initial outreach to successful partnership – have an exceptional experience. Experience, knowledge and skills
Minimum of five years of professional experience, ideally in sales and customer service.
Demonstrated business development and/or sales experience; ideally spanning the full pipeline from initial outreach to confirmed customer.
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate and develop collaborative working relationships with people at all professional levels (from early career professionals to senior-level executives) and from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Very strong organisation, time management and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to being part of a small and growing team.
Ability to confidently work independently and with initiative in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Ideal but not required: experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
