Starting from £24,028.80 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION:
Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING:
Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for a
Fleet Customer Services Executive
to support the delivery of a comprehensive range of fleet products and services, specialising in the growth and development of our contract hire portfolio for corporate and fleet customers. This fast-paced role will be instrumental in delivering service excellence by managing vehicle orders, coordinating deliveries, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated.
Liaison between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details
Payment of supplier vehicle invoices
Responding on email/admin queries and using outbound calls as a "one and done" to get the right customer outcomes
Taking responsibility for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Ensure clarity and understanding of a customers’ requirement by providing proactive customer service, with excellent industry and product knowledge.
Monitoring, diarising and completing daily administration tasks.

Essential Experience & Skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Sense of urgency and motivated to respond swiftly
PC Literate
Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities
Strong customer service focus is essential
An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both verbally and written.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
