- Experience: Previous barista experience required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Abilities:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for sincerity, warmth, and building genuine human connection.
- Ability to work as part of a team, moving with intention and a sense of shared belonging.
