Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality

• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance to maintain optimal restaurant conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fine dining establishment
