Japanese Cuisine Cook Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Japanese techniques and preferably has sushi experience, including basic knife skills and fish handling.

• Sushi Experience:   We seek a cook who is experienced in preparing sushi dishes and can handle various types of seafood.


• Knife Skills:   A good understanding of basic knife skills is essential for this role as you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for sushi dishes.


• Fish Handling:   The ability to handle different types of fish safely and effectively is also necessary for this position.
