We are a fine dining restaurant in the heart of San Francisco, serving contemporary cuisine with a pre-fixe menu of many courses.
- Our ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a fine dining kitchen, preferably with some Michelin background.
- Career-minded individuals who can grow with us and adapt to our unique service style.
- Strong skills in communication, team collaboration, and time management.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Setting up kitchen stations and equipment.
- Preparing mise en place and kits for recipes.
- Creating pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, and laminated doughs including gluten-free and dairy-free options.
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment at all times.
- Executing dishes during service hours.
