About
Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled Line Cook for either AM or PM shift to join our kitchen team. This is a tipped position where you'll be working at the counter.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work at the counter serving and interacting with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during peak service hours
- Assist with prep work and inventory management
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable working at the counter and engaging with customers
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a huge plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
