Upscale sushi preparation experience is required for this role. Strong customer service skills and a sense of urgency are also necessary.

• Prepare a 20-course omakase experience
• Create visually appealing dishes and focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the preparation area and sushi bar
• Expedite and control quality of dishes

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern sushi preparation methods
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
