The Role: General ManagerThe General Manager is the cultural and operational leader of this MICHELIN-starred restaurant, responsible for upholding and advancing MAASS's standards of excellence.
This role requires a leader who understands what it takes to operate at a MICHELIN level daily—not just in food, but in service precision, team development, financial performance, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations at a MICHELIN-starred standard
Partnering closely with the Chef and culinary leadership to maintain Michelin-level execution and consistency
Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performance hospitality team
Driving service excellence, floor leadership, and guest engagement
Overseeing financial performance, labor management, and cost controls
Ensuring seamless collaboration with the Four Seasons hotel leadership
Upholding and evolving systems, SOPs, and service standards expected of a MICHELIN-starred restaurant
Acting as the ambassador of MAASS's culture, values, and vision—internally and externally
Proven Leadership: Experience leading high-end or Michelin-caliber dining environments preferred
Hospitality-Driven: Deep understanding that service is as critical as cuisine in a MICHELIN-starred restaurant
Highly Organized: Precision, structure, and attention to detail are non-negotiable
Collaborative: Ability to lead cross-functional teams with respect and clarity
