The Role: General Manager

The General Manager is the cultural and operational leader of this MICHELIN-starred restaurant, responsible for upholding and advancing MAASS's standards of excellence.

This role requires a leader who understands what it takes to operate at a MICHELIN level daily—not just in food, but in service precision, team development, financial performance, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Leading all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations at a MICHELIN-starred standard


  • Partnering closely with the Chef and culinary leadership to maintain Michelin-level execution and consistency


  • Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performance hospitality team


  • Driving service excellence, floor leadership, and guest engagement


  • Overseeing financial performance, labor management, and cost controls


  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with the Four Seasons hotel leadership


  • Upholding and evolving systems, SOPs, and service standards expected of a MICHELIN-starred restaurant


  • Acting as the ambassador of MAASS's culture, values, and vision—internally and externally
