About

Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI Fanvue is the
fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy . We are the leading
AI-powered
creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently. The Role
We’re hiring a
Senior Product Designer
to help scale Fanvue’s design function and raise the quality bar across the product. Today, design capacity is a real constraint, creating risk across delivery, quality, and team sustainability. This role exists to unblock the Head of Design, reduce dependency on a single designer, and accelerate delivery of world-class UX and UI across Fanvue. You’ll work closely with the Head of Design, Engineering, and Product to define and deliver a more mature, consistent, and AI-native product experience, with a strong focus on the flows that matter most to Fanvue’s growth. What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery and iteration
Partner with the Head of Design and Engineering to research, define, and roll out a
world‑class, scalable design system
Elevate Fanvue’s overall UI quality, bringing greater sophistication, consistency, and visual polish across the product
Own and refine high-impact UX flows tied to core KPIs, especially creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout‑adjacent journeys
Embed AI into design workflows, using it to accelerate ideation, prototyping, demos, and iteration
Contribute to shaping the
Fanvue 3.0
product vision, helping make future concepts tangible through strong narrative and prototypes
Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, and documentation aligned with production
Run lightweight but effective discovery using data, user insight, and competitive research
Collaborate tightly with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, high‑quality, and shipped quickly
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, sharing rationale, trade‑offs, and progress
Who You Are
A senior product designer with strong experience delivering high‑quality, consumer‑facing products
Comfortable owning design end-to-end with minimal oversight
Experienced working in design‑led environments with a high bar for craft and quality
Strong UI instincts, with a portfolio demonstrating polished, modern work at the level of leading consumer products
Deeply fluent in
Figma , including design systems and component libraries
Excellent communicator with strong empathy and user psychology instincts
Confident collaborating across product, engineering, and leadership
Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with evolving priorities
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience designing for marketplace or platform‑style products Exposure to creator, social, or subscription‑based products Experience embedding AI tools into design workflows ✨ You’ll Thrive Here If
You care deeply about craft and quality You enjoy owning meaningful product surfaces rather than isolated screens You like working closely with engineers to ship great experiences You’re excited by building systems, not just features ⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If
You prefer narrow execution roles without ownership You’re uncomfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments You rely heavily on rigid processes over collaboration and iteration Why Join Fanvue?
Help shape the design foundation of a rapidly scaling product Work directly with the Head of Design on high‑impact initiatives Competitive salary and equity A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed Unlimited holiday Remote working Flexible hours, according to when you perform best Budget for growth and wellbeing ⭐ Fanvue is for Everyone
We know that diverse teams build better products. Even if you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential just as much as experience.
