About

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estates Business Analyst to provide high‑quality, flexible, professional administrative and data support across Estates. The role combines business administration, contract governance support, data and information management, and performance reporting.
Grade Ue05: £29,588 to £33,951 per annum. Corporate Services Group – Estates. Full time: 35 hours per week. Open‑ended: Permanent contract. Hybrid working (non‑contractual) is available, requiring a minimum of 3 days on campus per week.
Responsibilities
Manage large datasets, maintain key trackers and SharePoint records.
Support governance frameworks, coordinate meetings, provide financial and procurement processes.
Ensure high standards of communication and information accuracy.
Skills and Attributes
Data, systems and reporting experience
Great attention to detail
Experience with contract governance and use of data platforms like SharePoint
Business administration and communication
Understanding of finance, payment and procurement methods
Reporting and performance monitoring
Planning and organising
