Salesforce/nCino Platform Owner | High Growth Potential | Hybrid Working A leading alternative lender is looking for an Salesforce/nCino Platform Owner to support the company’s ambitious growth plans through its financial technology stack. This is a hands-on technical role with a clear path to leadership, working closely with the CTO as the company scales over the next 3–5 years. You’ll take ownership of the platform, ensuring smooth performance, resolving issues at pace, overseeing an nCino Administrator, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across the business in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading the Salesforce/nCino platform strategy, ensuring seamless operation. Hands-on troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Managing the nCino Adminstrator. Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive platform improvements. Supporting the company's AI-driven initiatives as they explore new technology. Experience Required Strong hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce platform. Experience with nCino platform would be beneficial but not essential. Experience managing/mentoring at least one team member. This is a great for a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to step up into a management role, while remaining technically hands-on, and develop their nCino skills. The role is offering up to
£85,000 plus bonus, pension and benefits , with
