About
Senior Solutions Architect Join the Mulberry Group Ltd team as a Senior Solutions Architect. You will design and evolve the company's digital and enterprise architecture, leading the modernization of e‑commerce platforms, CRM/marketing stacks, and customer engagement technologies while strengthening cybersecurity and optimizing cost.
Responsibilities
Lead major transformation projects such as replacement of legacy e‑commerce platform, implementation of next‑generation CRM and marketing automation, development of a unified customer‑data roadmap, strengthening identity, access and data protection, and migration to cloud‑native or SaaS alternatives.
Define and govern architectural roadmaps during large‑scale transformations.
Ensure solutions balance innovation, complexity and cost‑effectiveness.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions at all levels.

Skills & Knowledge Essential:
Significant experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
Track record of architecting customer‑facing digital solutions in retail, luxury or similar B2C sectors.
Knowledge of modern tech stacks: commerce, CDPs, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs/microservices, integration platforms.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and integration.
Ability to balance innovation, complexity and cost‑effectiveness.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred:
Experience in luxury, fashion or high‑end retail environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Shopify, SAP Commerce, Manhattan.
Exposure to transformation contexts with significant tech debt.
Knowledge of IT cost optimisation techniques and vendor management.
