The Role
Plentific seeks an IT Systems Administrator who will help keep the company running and support employees worldwide. You’ll provide front‑line user support for internal tools, contribute to initiatives that improve our tech stack, and maintain documentation and system architecture diagrams. Your role will evolve with business needs, ensuring our hardware and software inventory is up to date and that our Mac, Windows, and Linux endpoints are managed globally through MDM solutions. Responsibilities
Ownership of all tools and services, including vendor relationships and inventory management Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues Support internal AI workflows and integrations Support business operational systems such as Apple, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Jira, and Confluence (Atlassian) Manage Mac, Windows, and Linux endpoints via MDM solutions worldwide Identify and address technical issues across the company proactively Own the IT onboarding and training curriculum Design, update, and maintain IT documentation Build and maintain system architecture diagrams Work on a rota that may include non‑standard hours Requirements
3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge IT environment as an administrator or helpdesk agent Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, MDM software, and Atlassian (Confluence and Jira Software) Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload Empathetic and relational attitude with strong focus on customer service Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Mastery in managing systems or helpdesk teams (or equivalent) Experience deploying SAML and SCIM across SaaS applications Experience handling onsite AV systems Experience deploying on‑premises technology is a plus Experience building configuration profiles and policies Experience deploying hundreds of macOS and iOS devices at scale Extensive project management experience is a must Benefits
