You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a traditional car sales job – you’ll help customers find the right car, provide outstanding 5‑star service from the moment they walk through the door, and nurture a great after‑sales experience.
What’s the job? As a Product Consultant, you’ll be with customers every step of the way – from the first step through to the final after‑sales experience. Your day will involve:
Helping customers identify the right vehicle for their needs.
Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer; going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.
Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers during the sales process.
Selling the appropriate sales package including finance, servicing and other options with integrity and professionalism.
Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles, keeping everything running smoothly.
Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
Working collaboratively with a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
Staying in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.
Skills and Qualities
Excellent communication, organisational and people skills.
High energy, enthusiasm and passion for helping people.
Attention to detail; organised and reliable.
Desire to build a lasting, fulfilling career.
A full driving licence held for at least one year.
Benefits
£25,500 base salary (no company car) or £23,500 (with company car).
Target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential.
