Marketing Executive – Part‑time Location: Little Elms Daycare Beckenham, Elm Road.
Compensation: £28,000 – £32,000 per year.
Working up to 25 hours per week; schedule can be discussed.
Little Elms Nurseries is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services and celebrating the joy of childhood and the dedication of our childcare professionals.
Job Description This part‑time role involves travelling between settings to capture engaging content, manage our digital channels, and contribute to key marketing activities that strengthen the Little Elms brand.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and lead a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand goals.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build a positive online community.
Analyse performance metrics and optimise future content.
Content Creation (Child‑Led & Brand‑Led)
Capture high‑quality photography and videography that reflects children’s creativity, everyday moments, and nursery life.
Produce polished short‑form videos and visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Ensure all content is on‑brand, compliant, and respectful of the nursery environment.
General Marketing Support
Update and maintain the company website with fresh, SEO‑friendly content.
Support marketing campaigns, enrolment drives, and promotional initiatives.
Attend open days and events to document activities and support brand visibility (may require working Saturdays).
Contribute to the development of marketing materials (digital and print).
Collaboration & Team Engagement
Build positive relationships with nursery managers and teams across all sites.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader strategies.
Bring forward creative ideas that enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in social media or marketing roles.
Strong photography, videography, and editing capabilities.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
Ability to tell compelling stories through visuals and captions.
Skilled at producing child‑friendly, engaging, and visually appealing content.
Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with staff and children.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage workload independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Comfortable travelling between nursery sites regularly.
