Job Description
- Nursing Practice: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care that is centered around the individual's unique needs and circumstances. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Clinical Skills: The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, including assessment, communication, documentation, and critical thinking. They will also demonstrate knowledge of relevant medications, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Licensure & Certification: A valid RN license in Connecticut is required. BCLS certification is also necessary. Clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged but not mandatory at this time.
