About
Ensure all documentation is accurately produced in accordance with BIM standards as well as company standards
Act as the Technical Ambassador for the projects and be the Engineering/Design point of contact for the client
Proactively resolve any technical issues relating to design assurance
Guide CAD/BIM Technicians in the develop of design drawings, details and library of standard details...
Check design calculations, contract documentation, drawings and technical documents
Attend internal/external meetings such as; IDC's
Essential Skills
Substantial Civil and Structural design experience working within a Rail environment i.e Bridges, Platforms, Reinforced Structure Depot's, AFA schemes...
Must have a degree in Civil Engineering
Must have knowledge of Network Rail standards and processes
Desired Skills
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (or currently working towards) with the ICE
Ideally has undertaken the role of CRE-D
