About

What You’ll Be Working On: ️ Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of target audiences ️ Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile applications ️ Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives ️ Iterating designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics ️ Ensuring a consistent and cohesive design system across all digital platforms ️ Applying best practices in accessibility and usability to ensure an inclusive user experience ️ Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies What We’re Looking For: ️ Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final products ️ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability ️ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar ️ Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel) ️ Knowledge of front-end development and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus ️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams ️ A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred ️ Relevant certifications in UX/UI design or related areas are a plus
