About the Role As our first Solutions Engineer in EMEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in Fieldguide’s international expansion and shape how we serve audit, assurance, and advisory firms across the region. This hybrid role spans pre‑sales, implementation, and solution delivery, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver exceptional customer experiences from the first demo through full adoption.

Build the foundation for Fieldguide’s Solutions function in EMEA.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from demo to adoption.
Influence global product development with EMEA‑specific insights.
Help shape the future of audit and advisory digitization across the region.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Sales to design and deliver tailored product demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and solution proposals for EMEA prospects.
Translate customer requirements into Fieldguide configurations and scalable solution architectures that align with audit, assurance, and advisory workflows.
Support RFP responses, scoping discussions, and value proposition delivery to executive and technical stakeholders.
Support customer implementation projects, including configuration, training, data migration, and process design.
Develop region‑specific demo materials and onboarding playbooks that align with local regulations, audit standards, and frameworks.
Define and continuously refine implementation best practices tailored to the EMEA market to drive efficiency and repeatability.
Guide customers through adoption milestones and demonstrate measurable ROI on their investment in Fieldguide.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Serve as a regional expert on Fieldguide’s platform, audit workflows, and industry best practices, helping internal teams and customers maximize value.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience from demo through adoption.
Gather structured feedback from EMEA customers to inform product enhancements, localization priorities, and feature development to improve usability for global audiences.
Contribute to internal and external documentation, enablement materials, and case studies that highlight successful customer outcomes and best practices.
Regional Enablement & Growth
Establish foundational processes for Fieldguide’s EMEA operations, including onboarding templates, playbooks, and knowledge sharing.
Provide insights on regional trends, compliance frameworks, and customer expectations.
Help shape hiring and team‑building strategies as the EMEA Solutions team expands.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or similar roles within audit, advisory, or SaaS environments.
Deep understanding of Assurance, Audit, or Risk Advisory workflows.
Strong technical acumen with comfort in configuring SaaS systems, analyzing data, and mapping business processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with executive and technical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment and enjoys building from zero to one.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Bonus Points
Experience working with Big 4, large accounting, or mid‑market professional services firms.
Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, Internal Audit, or GDPR.
