A motivated, ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator is required by a busy local independent estate agency in Leatherhead: offering excellent career prospects, strong local presence, and rewarding commission potential.
Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Progressing agreed sales through to completion
Building strong client relationships and maintaining regular contact
Supporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the process
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience in residential property sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, articulate, and customer-service focused
Smart, professional presentation and manner
Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented
Knowledge of Leatherhead and the surrounding area desirable
Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
Professional approach with a genuine interest in property
