This is a varied, challenging role working closely with both sales and production teams, turning customer concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions.
Experience
Strong mechanical design and drawing experience (SolidWorks essential)
Mechanically minded with a good understanding of how things go together
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Clear and confident communicator, able to liaise effectively across teams
Nice-to-have
Formal engineering qualification
