with us! Main Responsibilities Will Include
Generating insight into sales performance through the analysis of commercial tools and reporting, highlighting opportunities and risks. Delivering detailed analyses that support informed decisions and help the teams manage performance and commitments. Leading forecasting and budgeting activities, including process development, template preparation and loading information into internal systems. Providing financial analyses that contribute to strategic planning and long‑term growth discussions. Setting territory targets through close collaboration with Marketing and Sales, using comprehensive funnel, tender and pricing information. Offering commercial support through pricing and profitability analyses, tender preparation and pricing optimisation initiatives. Managing rebates, discounts and pricing adjustments in partnership with Finance and Pricing teams to ensure accurate accruals and aligned practices. Preparing financial content for monthly business reviews and European review cycles, and presenting key findings to leadership teams. About You
Experienced in commercial business partnering with a history of driving financial results in complex environments. Skilled in commercial and financial analysis with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Adept at working collaboratively across functions, building trust and influencing through insight and clarity. Comfortable balancing tactical analysis with long‑term strategic thinking to support growth. Engaged in developing professional knowledge, ideally progressing towards a financial qualification. Familiar with the med tech or pharmaceutical sector, or motivated to apply your analytical skills in this industry. Our target salary range for this position is
£50,000-£60,000
+ bonus + fringe benefits.
