real ownership, accelerated growth, and direct exposure to founders and decision-making . Role Overview
As a
Founding Sales Engineer , you will sit at the intersection of
sales, product, engineering, and customers . This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll help prospects and customers design, prototype, and implement integration‑driven solutions. You will play a key role in: Pre‑sales and solution architecture Customer‑specific integrations and POCs Technical demos and GTM content Post‑sale technical enablement and troubleshooting This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants
fast‑tracked growth , deep exposure to integrations and platforms, and a strong foundation in
solution engineering and GTM . What You’ll Do
Support the
technical pre‑sales process , including discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions Design
custom integration solutions
aligned with customer and partner use cases Build
proof‑of‑concepts (POCs)
and prototypes to validate workflows and integrations Troubleshoot complex integration issues across APIs, webhooks, and systems Deliver live and recorded
product demos , walkthroughs, and technical presentations Work closely with Product and Engineering to provide customer‑driven feedback Create
GTM and enablement assets
(demo flows, sample integrations, solution narratives) Act as a trusted technical partner for customers during onboarding and early adoption What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
1–3 years of experience in
Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Customer Roles Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, workflows, and system‑to‑system communication Hands‑on experience designing or supporting custom client solutions Exposure to solution architecture
in customer‑facing scenarios Excellent
communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn fast AI & Tooling Awareness
Good understanding of
AI developer tools
such as: Claude AI, GPT/Codex, General understanding of
LLMs , their capabilities, and real‑world usage Familiarity with
sales and GTM tools
such as: Apollo.io, SalesLoft, Similar sales engagement or CRM tools (Deep expertise is not required — curiosity and practical usage matter more.) Nice‑to‑Have
Exposure to
integration platforms, iPaaS, or developer tools Experience working with or around early‑stage startups Interest in building demos, recording walkthroughs, or writing technical content Who You Are
