The Role
As a
Senior DevOps Engineer
at Capco, you’ll design and deliver scalable, automated, and secure cloud platforms that power the next generation of financial services. Working within cross-functional agile teams, you’ll drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and continuous delivery frameworks that help our clients transform their technology landscapes. You’ll work on both greenfield and enterprise-scale projects, spanning cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premise environments. Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across major cloud providers. Automate and optimise deployment processes using infrastructure-as-code. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security. Drive continuous improvement through innovation and experimentation. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Capco’s growing DevOps community. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with
AWS
and strong understanding of cloud networking and security. Expertise in
containerisation (Docker)
and orchestration tools such as
Kubernetes . Proficiency in
Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with scripting (Python, Groovy) to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, or GoCD. Solid understanding of monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Helm). Bonus Points For
Experience in
financial services or consulting
projects. Hands-on knowledge of
test orchestration
(Cucumber, Karate, Selenium). Exposure to
Kubernetes ecosystems
(Istio, Kiali, Fortio). Experience migrating
