About the Role Own EMEA revenue growth and lead the transition from hardware‑centric sales to value‑led, software‑enabled solutions. Drive a mix shift from hardware‑led deals to recurring SaaS and higher‑value solution sales. Increase average customer value and gross margin.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 7 people.
Build a disciplined, scalable sales and marketing team while maintaining speed and pragmatism.
Coach and performance‑manage sales and marketing teams.
Introduce clear roles, targets and accountability without bureaucracy.
Maintain direct customer and partner engagement.
Feed market insight into product and roadmap.
Represent the customer in leadership discussions.
2026 Success Metrics
Achieve 2026 sales and profitability growth targets.
Deliver minimum quarter‑out sales predictability on well‑modelled annual sales.
Increase new client win rate by 30%.
Embed product roadmap within key clients’ strategic plans through client‑centric quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
Senior sales leadership in commercial security or defence.
Track record selling complex hardware and SaaS solutions.
Enterprise and government buyer experience.
Commercially sharp and outcome‑focused.
Pragmatic operator who prioritises well.
Credible with engineers, customers and senior executives.
Hands‑on leader.
Pay Range and Compensation Package Salary up to £132,000 with high-performance rewards.
