Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase profitability.
Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions and excellent customer service.
Respond to questions and queries from customers via telephone, email, video call or face‑to‑face.
Prepare quotations – liaise with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management.
Follow up on quotations proactively.
Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
Liaise with other departments pre‑ and post‑sale (finance, operations, technical, design).
Qualifications & Competencies
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A‑C.
Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude, self‑motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Methodical, organised and able to prioritise.
Computer literate – especially Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
Accurate with good attention to detail.
Able to manage and respond to multiple issues simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Desirable: experience in construction or manufacturing business.
Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
Able to read and understand drawings.
