About
**What you will do…*** Prospect for new sales opportunities, travel between EMEA and UK* Set account and territory plans to exceed sales quota on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis within preset margin expectations* Record sales activities in Salesforce and produce territory reports* Maintain high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers* Network with industry influencers, professional associations, and a variety of partners to build and farm relationships* Maintain an understanding of trends/issues and product development within the self-storage industry**What we expect of you…*** Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.* Strong commercial skills including negotiation and lead generation* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities,* Strong intrinsic desire to succeed, can do attitude* Technical understanding or Engineering bias would be an advantage* Experience in Self Storage industry is a plus.* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a significant advantage.* Language skills could be advantageous**What you can expect from us…*** Generous and competitive total rewards package.* Comprehensive and career-development resources to expand your skills and maximise your potential.* Supportive and accessible leadership team and a solid values platform that underpins who we are and how we operate.**Application**You can submit your application by clicking ‘Apply Now’.
