Position: Full‑Time / Permanent, Salary: £34,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
Exhibitions Sales Coordinator - The Role As the Exhibition Sales Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role within the Commercial Sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of exhibitor enquiries and catering orders. Acting as the first point of contact for exhibitors and organisers, you’ll manage the sales inbox, coordinate proposals and confirmations, and work collaboratively with Event Managers to ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry through to event delivery. You’ll support the team as required, and by preparing sales materials, updating trackers, managing administrative processes, and assisting with onsite coordination during major exhibitions. Your proactive approach, eye for detail, and strong communication skills will help ensure every exhibitor receives timely, accurate, and professional support, reinforcing ELH’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
What we?re looking for
Experience in a Sales, Events or Administrative Coordination role within hospitality, catering or events.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear, professional communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
Able to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
Highly organised and detail‑focused, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and systems.
Commercially aware, understanding how efficient administration drives sales and revenue.
Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and sales administration tools.
Adaptable, resilient and effective under pressure.
A proactive, collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving skills.
Passionate about hospitality and events, committed to delivering excellent service.
