Showroom Sales Manager – City Plumbing Join us as a Showroom Sales Manager where you’ll inspire customers with the perfect bathroom solutions. Your role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving sales, and ensuring every customer achieves their dream bathroom.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a loyal customer base through a proactive, repeat‑business approach.
Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, prioritising customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
Collaborate with branch colleagues to cross‑sell and strengthen trade customer relationships.
Promote the showroom locally, ensuring the community knows about our services.
Continuously improve showroom performance and exceed customer expectations.
Use CAD to design 3D images for customers.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacity and resilience.
Pro‑active sales approach with a strong drive to win new business.
Experience in customer relationship management and partnership development.
Self‑confident, self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information.
Previous sales experience in a similar environment preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.
Valid driving licence and business insurance for home visits.
