As we prepare for major growth in 2026 and beyond, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead revenue generation, build strategic partnerships, and drive the expansion of private events, group bookings, and corporate relationships across our venues.
Role Summary Position Business Development & Sales Manager
Location Glasgow City Centre
Hours 45 hours per week (flexible schedule with occasional evening / weekend event hosting)
Salary from £40,000+ per annum (DOE) + performance-based bonus
Key Focus Driving new business, growing private hire & corporate event revenue, managing key accounts, and elevating brand presence through client engagement and strategic sales initiatives.
