is like the magical glue that keeps the world connected! ✨ From ordering your favourite takeaway to the ANPR technology that helps you find a parking spot, IoT is everywhere—even if you don’t realize it. At
Wireless Logic , we provide cutting-edge connectivity solutions and technologies to ensure a vast array of devices stay seamlessly connected.
I think we need to be able to somehow show what’s part of the advert to engage them and then what’s the ongoing part that should be used for perf management?
Join the Wireless Logic Adventure! Role Overview As a Product Designer at Wireless Logic , you’ll turn customer insights into intuitive, frictionless, and delightful experiences that help people work smarter and achieve their goals. From
product discovery through delivery , you’ll ensure we solve real problems for real people with elegant, effective solutions. This is
true product design , not just wireframing.
You’ll be part of the
Product Design group
and a key member of a
cross-functional Product Squad , owning the design and usability of your squad’s work. Partnering with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead, you’ll shape valuable, usable solutions that make a real difference.
You’ll regularly engage with customers, end users, and stakeholders across the business — from Marketing and Sales to Operations and Support — to create experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
Supporting product discovery activities and conducting user research.
Analysing and synthesizing research and analytics data to create actionable insights.
Mapping customer/user journeys and workflows.
Leading design workshops and ideation sessions.
Creating and refining designs iteratively, and at increasing levels of fidelity, from rough initial concepts through to polished, build-ready designs.
Creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing.
Taking ownership of design within the product squad and ensuring solutions are usable and carefully aligned with the needs of the user.
The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills):
4+ years’ experience as a Digital Product / UX Designer (not including study-related placements)
Experience working on technical products and B2B solutions, not simply consumer websites
Design-related degree (equivalent experience considered)
Well-rounded skill set - competent in Research, Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, Prototyping
Proficient in the use of industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma
Experience with design systems, data visualization and dashboards
A great portfolio showcasing your best work and how you went about delivering it
Experience working as part of a cross-functional, Agile Product Squad is an advantage
Technology and/or Telecoms sector experience is a significant advantage
What Will Make You Shine at Wireless Logic (Behaviours & Culture):
Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong sense of initiative
Able to deal with ambiguity and change
A positive, can-do attitude that is infectious
A consummate team player who brings the best out of those around them
A willingness to take ownership and be accountable within your area of responsibility
Behaving and communicating in a way that creates goodwill, credibility and respect
Being resilient and able to find ways to overcome challenges
A focus on continual learning and self-development
Your Objectives for the Year:
Be the champion for the user. Foster a user-centric mindset within your product squad, ensuring they are laser-focused on understanding user needs, and ensuring these are fully met by the solutions they deliver.
Set the design quality bar. Ensure your product squad is fully committed to design quality and that people sweat the small stuff. “That will do”, is replaced by, “How can we make this better?”.
Drive collaboration. Bring the entire product squad into the design process, switching effortlessly between leading and facilitating where appropriate. Establish a design culture where everyone can freely contribute ideas and feedback, whilst guarding against design by committee.
