About The Role Due to continued growth, we are looking for creative and detail-driven
Graphic Designer
to join our growing team here at
Bella di Notte . Based in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire, you will work as part of our dedicated Catalogue Design team ensuring we exceed the needs and expectations of our loyal customers.
In this role, you’ll create the layouts for our monthly catalogues plus other regular marketing material. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, retail, and buying teams to deliver impactful layouts and targeted ads to highlight our quality garments and keep the customer engaged in both new product and existing ranges.
This is a diverse role, working alongside the Creative Production Manager. What you will be responsible for:
Conceptualise and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including original campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, PowerPoint presentations and more
Research, design, and develop page layouts that are on brand and keep the customer engaged
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide early stage proofs to help visualise new concepts
Manage design workflow, for self and Design Assistant, and communicate project status to manager
Stay up-to-date with market, retail, and design trends- bringing new ideas that align with our brand
Support the creation of social media content
Collaborate in creative and design sessions to develop fresh ideas and concepts
Assist with various ad hoc design projects as required
This position can be 32-40 hours per week, working from our offices in Malton. Core business hours are 8.30am-5.00pm, negotiable for right candidate.

Salary £40,000- 45,000 per annum (pro-rata for part time) depending on experience

About You
5+ years’ experience preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (In Design, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator)
Experience in designing catalogue or magazine layout
Strong communication design skills- understanding how the reader is influenced by the layout of the page
Confident using Photoshop and editing/ retouching photographs to a high standard
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects
Freehand illustration skills advantageous
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a flair for creative thinking
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Able to manage workload and meet deadlines independently
Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
