Lead Marketing Analyst - Advanced Analytics , you will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable business insight. You’ll be responsible for analysing media budgets/spend, building predictive models, and delivering Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to understand ROI and guide decision-making. You’ll also forecast product demand to support operational and commercial planning. This is a highly visible role working across multiple teams, requiring a confident, dynamic individual who can present findings to senior leadership and be confident in a boardroom. Role & Responsibilities: Analyse and optimise spend across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels Develop and maintain MMM and other statistical models to evaluate marketing effectiveness Produce product demand forecasts to inform commercial planning Work closely with growth, product, and operations teams to translate insights into action Present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership and the board Skills & Experience: Strong statistical background with proven analytical expertise Experience in ecommerce/retail and working with digital media spend at scale Familiarity with all marketing channels and marketing analytics Advanced predictive modelling experience Working on complex data analytics projects across the business, supporting all teams with data driven insights Confident, influential, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels Flexible, dynamic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Seniority level
