About
Duties And Responsibilities
Design of impactful marketing assets, including:
Social media visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Email templates for both internal and external communications.
Logo creation for new business ventures.
Produce layouts/design solutions for the following:
Brochures
Reports
Support Bids & Tenders
Cleaning Specifications
Information Posters
Design and development of PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences, including visual solutions for flow diagrams, organisational structures, and data visualisation - ensuring content is clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
Edit and optimise imagery in Photoshop to meet specific requirements and prepare visuals for online use.
Team up with the marketing, technology, and other teams to create smart, on‑brand design solutions.
Get files prepped and ready to shine - whether they’re headed to print or going online.
Maintain strong organisational habits, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively while using Asana and the company’s SharePoint system to organise, track, and store project assets.
Organisation
Stay sharp. Spot trends. Bring the best of design and digital into everything you do.
Basic motion graphics and video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Qualifications And Skills
A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
A good eye for typography, layout, and colour.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience / knowledge with web / UI design.
Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana.
