Qualifications
Proven SEO experience with measurable success in driving organic growth and maintaining technical site health.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices with the ability to brief, edit and QA high‑E-A-T content that aligns with search intent, brand voice and user experience principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and familiarity with testing tools.
Strong grasp of the marketing funnel and how organic strategy supports each stage.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms, including GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Looker Studio and Power BI (or equivalents).
Excellent analytical abilities with a proven track record of turning complex data into actionable insights that drive performance.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with CMS platforms, ideally Umbraco.
Driven by measurable results, continuous improvement and commercial impact.
Technically astute, detail‑oriented and creatively minded with a problem‑solving mindset.
Confident communicator who can work collaboratively or autonomously when required.
A passion for travel, outdoor activities and winter sports would be beneficial.
Customer and commercially centric.
Sustainability and responsible tourism is at our core and our values will be close to your heart.
Diversity is to be celebrated. Life would be dreary, and change would be slow, if we all thought the same way. We challenge our ideas, each other, and our business partners - always with respect and kindness.
