Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience
Working Location:
Hybrid | 2 days a week in our Old Street office if London based or 2 days a month in office if outside of London

What You’ll Do
Design Product Experiences End-to-End
Create low‑fidelity sketches, flows, and wireframes to explore ideas quickly during discovery.
Produce high‑fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and interaction patterns that bring solutions to life.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, internal reviews, and technical input from engineering.
Maintain & Evolve the Design System Contribute new components, patterns, and UX guidelines to our design system as features evolve.
Work with engineering to ensure components are implemented consistently and remain scalable.
Run small UX audits to identify areas where consistency or usability can be improved.
Collaborate Closely With Product & Engineering Join sprint planning, standups, and refinement sessions to ensure design, product, and engineering stay aligned.
Translate product requirements and user needs into actionable design tasks.
Provide engineering‑ready assets and support developers during implementation to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Measure & Improve What You Ship Review analytics, session recordings, and qualitative feedback after releases to understand how users interact with new features.
Identify UX issues or opportunities for iteration and propose improvements.
Maintain documentation of insights and learnings to inform future work

Essential Experience
Right to work in the UK.
2 - 4+ years in Product Design or UI/UX roles, ideally within SaaS.
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end‑to‑end design, and problem‑solving in complex products.
Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, flows, prototypes, and design system components.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering in agile sprint environments.
Desired Experience
Exposure to PropTech, B2B tools, or data‑heavy interfaces.
Understanding of front‑end principles (e.g., component‑driven development, responsive design, constraints) and/or Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with the UK property/land market.
Interview Process
15‑minute introductory call with HR Team.
Design task followed by an interview with our Lead Product Designer.
Final stage interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Please note that due to the Christmas period, we anticipate interviews for this role to start in January.
