About
As a
Senior UX Product Designer , you’ll own the end-to-end experience across our platform ecosystem—designing for multiple user types (creators, brand managers, and internal teams). You’ll combine research, design thinking, and execution to create seamless, scalable products that empower our users and push the boundaries of what’s possible in creator marketing. What You’ll Be Doing
User Research & Insight Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Become the go-to expert on user behaviour across the platform.
Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable design recommendations.
Design & Prototyping Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
Collaborate with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
Define and track UX metrics (e.g. task success, time on task) to validate improvements.
Innovation & Iteration Rapidly test multiple solutions and iterate at speed.
Champion UX best practices and advocate for users across teams.
Push innovation—designing beyond industry standards to set new ones.
What You Bring
UX & Product Design Expertise 5+ years in UX/Product Design with experience on consumer-facing web and mobile apps.
Deep expertise in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD), prototyping tools, and design systems.
Research & Data-Driven Thinking Strong grasp of research methods, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Communication & Collaboration Skilled at turning insights into compelling presentations that align teams.
Collaborative partner to Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
Passion & Drive Excited about the creator economy, social media trends, and AI-driven experiences.
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
