Key Responsibilities
Conduct name identification using internal databases, directories, press, and other sources.
Perform phone research and outreach to identify potential candidates.
Update and maintain candidate databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information.
Collect factual and qualitative insights on candidates for senior‑level placements.
Build professional network and relationships from day one.
Attend networking events and support business development initiatives.
Develop into a trusted advisor, eventually managing your own client portfolio.
Become a market expert and collaborate effectively with your team.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in any discipline from a top 40 UK university, 2:1 or above.
Strong motivation, hunger for success, and desire for professional development.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
