Main Responsibilities
Deliver on-time, high quality and competitive quotes to customers
Project manage the end-to-end process for major bids
Increase our win rate with effective follow-ups and analysis to boost our competitiveness
Lead and develop the inside sales team to provide excellent customer service and profitable growth with "long-tail" customers, as well as supporting the Business Development team with "strategic" customers
Grow our daily bookings through inside sales channels
Pro-actively lead and support problem solving efforts with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and coordinate internal actions as needed
Experience Required
3 years experience in a relevant role, ideally from the aerospace / manufacturing sector
Strong project management and organisational skills
A strong track record of developing customer relationships
Ability to work unsupervised in a rapidly growing organisation and respond quickly to requirements, prioritising effectively
Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the business
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ideally SAP)
A proven track record in effectively managing an inside sales team
Process driven with a continuous improvement mindset
Analytical, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Fast learner รข able to rapidly build commercial / high-level technical knowledge to ensure customer requirements are met
Working Hours Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Monday รข Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
