YOUR IMPACT As a
Sales Director – Observability & Service Management (UKI) , you will lead the growth of OpenText’s
OSM (Observability & Service Management)
business across the United Kingdom and Ireland. This strategic leadership role will focus on expanding market presence, building a high‑performing team, and driving consistent revenue growth. You’ll position OpenText’s OSM portfolio within key enterprise accounts, unlock new opportunities, and strengthen our leadership in digital operations.
What The Role Offers
Lead and grow the UKI OSM business, delivering on ambitious growth targets.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, ensuring high performance and low attrition.
Build and execute a phased 24‑month sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure operational discipline across all sales activities.
Expand customer relationships at CXO and senior leadership levels to drive strategic engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Professional Services, Marketing, Technical Sales, Cloud, and Support teams.
Drive AI adoption and digital innovation within the sales organization.
Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen the OSM ecosystem across the UK market.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Proven success in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Observability, or Cloud/SaaS sales leadership.
Strong track record of achieving double‑digit growth and building scalable sales teams.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and complex deal management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and executive relationship‑building skills.
Strong negotiation, forecasting, and influencing capabilities.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; familiarity with the UK enterprise landscape is essential.
