We are looking for a
Sales Enablement Manager
to support and empower our EMEA Sales teams with the
skills, process discipline, content, and tools
they need to deliver consistent pipeline creation, stronger deal execution, and predictable revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, frontline managers, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Global Enablement to ensure sellers are
prepared, confident, and effective
across every stage of the sales cycle. This role focuses exclusively on
in-role training, coaching, methodologies, and content—not new-hire onboarding.
What you'll do
Deliver ongoing skills training & deal clinics
Build and maintain sales playbooks and talk tracks
Reinforce sales process adoption
Localize messaging and resources for EMEA
Partner with PMM, RevOps, and Sales leaders
Measure enablement effectiveness and iterate continuously
Who you are
3–7+ years in sales enablement or enterprise SaaS sales
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Strong understanding of MEDDICC and enterprise sales cycles
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
