About
New Business Development
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients within your assigned verticals. Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow new business opportunities. Position and sell our MDR (Managed Detection & Response) and PS offerings. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers. Understand client pain points, business needs, and security challenges. Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams. Sales Process & Execution
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline in the CRM system. Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Work closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Sales Engineers to ensure successful outcomes. Be informed about trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory drivers in your vertical. Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Skills & Qualifications
Essential
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in field sales of cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Proven ability to sell into global or multi-national organisations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results. Desirable
